Refund Policy
7-day no-reason refunds, clear usage-based calculations, and a support reply within 24 hours. Your payment and privacy remain under your control.
7-day no-reason refunds
Request a no-reason refund within 7 days of successful payment. A full refund requires both usage below 20% and a used-benefit value below 2 USD. If either limit is reached or exceeded, only the unused proportion is refundable.
How usage and the refund are calculated
Credit-pack usage is consumed credits divided by the order’s total granted credits. Check-in pass usage is claimed rewards divided by the order’s total claimable rewards, rather than elapsed days. Used-benefit value = the USD equivalent of the amount actually paid × usage proportion. The order’s USD equivalent and any conversion basis are explained by support. If usage is 20% or more, or used-benefit value is 2 USD or more, refund = amount actually paid × unused proportion. For example, a 20 USD order with 10% usage has 2 USD of used benefits and receives a partial refund of 18 USD; at 5% usage, both full-refund conditions are met. Fully used benefits have no unused amount to refund. Additional usage before review is included.
Request a refund and get a reply within 24 hours
Use the support contact below and provide your account email, Yamete order number, payment date, and the help you need. A reason is optional for a 7-day refund. Customer service replies to all after-sales questions within 24 hours, including refund, payment, and usage issues. This is the reply deadline, not a promise that funds arrive within 24 hours. Never send your password, verification code, full card number, card security code, or wallet recovery phrase.
Refund processing and remaining benefits
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. If the payment channel cannot return funds that way, support agrees an available method and the amount with you before proceeding. Arrival time depends on the bank, payment provider, or blockchain. After a refund, the corresponding unused credits or unclaimed pass benefits are withdrawn. The 7-day no-reason guarantee does not cover ordinary change-of-mind requests made later.
Your data and privacy
We use the account and order information needed to verify your request and provide support. We do not sell your personal data. Private account content is protected by access controls; necessary payment providers process transaction information to complete payments and refunds. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and your account rights.
Card safety and no automatic charges
Card details are entered directly on the payment provider’s checkout. Yamete AI does not collect or store your full card number or card security code. Credit packs and check-in passes are one-time purchases: no subscription, automatic renewal, or automatic debit. Buying again requires your own confirmation of a new payment.
Other payment issues and consumer rights
Contact support about duplicate, incorrect, or unrecognized charges even if the ordinary refund window or usage threshold has passed. These issues are reviewed separately. This policy adds to, and does not limit, mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Purchases from a code issuer
Local redemption is not a new cash purchase. Each actual payment is handled by the merchant shown at checkout under its purchase terms and applicable consumer rights. Separate actual charges are reviewed separately. Hiding or closing an account does not erase evidence of service fulfilment and does not itself create refund eligibility. Direct local purchases retain their own agreed refund terms.
Automatic purchases and activation
Before paying, choose your plan and explicitly confirm automatic activation. The confirmed plan, price and consent are frozen. After trusted payment confirmation, the purchased code is unlocked and its validity starts, and your local plan is issued once. A shared private transaction store holds random order identifiers, product face value, payment environment, financial status and minimal fulfilment evidence. Account identity, email, device data, prompts, input media, outputs and original media URLs remain separate. A return page or closed tab does not prove payment. Keep uncertain payments pending for verification rather than paying again. Recover these orders through the original initiating account; a code alone never authorizes private content.
