Credit purchases
Yamete AI sells credit packs and check-in passes through the payment options shown at checkout. Refund eligibility depends on the applicable checkout terms, payment status, and whether purchased benefits have already been used or granted.
Questions about a transaction
Contact support with the provider, transaction identifier, account email, and a description of the issue. We will review the available payment evidence and the terms attached to that transaction.
Processing
Approved adjustments are returned through the original provider when supported. Provider settlement times, network fees, exchange-rate changes, and mandatory charges are outside Yamete AI’s control.
